Banana Bread Broiled
Well, my culinary talents did not shine today. I accidentally broiled the banana bread! I was wondering what that fragrant smell was! Then I was steaming some carrots (to purée) for the meatball soup, and I burned them! I did make the meatball soup with a little help from Dale because my vision of him arriving home from work to a home-cooked meal evaporated at 5:30 p.m. And, to throw a wet blanket over all of this puréeing, apparently Jessica is being sued for "plagiarising" her cookbook.

HOw the heck do you turn the oven to broil and not know it? Subliminally I think you don't really want to cook...
